Who is Jim Hitcher?
After graduating college from Sonoma State University I’ve spent 22 years in the real estate industry as a banker, broker and realtor. I’ve been a resident of the “Tri-Valley” area for all of my life, so I’m very familiar with the cities and communities here.
As a youngster I was very active in athletics. Whether it be soccer, baseball or basketball, I was competing. I learned early playing against the older kids that I had to earn their respect. That was only possible through effort and dedication. These qualities are the same ones I’ve applied to my successful career in real estate.
My team and I are dedicated to providing our clients with the latest real estate information, technology and communication to make for a successful real estate transaction.
The High Road
Being up front and honest with clients is important when they’re trying to buy, or sell a home. Even when it might not be what they want to hear, an honest assessment of the situation needs to be shared and I will always do that. While sometimes difficult for clients to hear, I know in the long term this is the best approach to have with people and clients.
When I’m away from the office I enjoy keeping up with the current economic times, spending time with my family, golf and traveling.
